Ordered as a wedding gift. Wrapped & sent to the couple. When they opened it, the date was wrong. So far, I submitted a question re: return/correction. I’ve called & left a message, & I’ve emailed x 2. I have gotten no response as yet. Previously, I have loved their metal wall art but now I have to say that customer service is quite terrible. I hope they will correct this item at some point or I’m out more than $50 with the shipping costs to the bride & groom.

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, orders over $100 and custom orders.
Shipping
Standard shipping is 2-5 days and Express shipping is 1-3 days. Overnight shipping will be next business day.
24 Hours or its free Policy
Your order will be cut, packaged, a shipping label will be printed, and it will be ready for carrier pickup before the end of the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend (non business days) will ship Monday. Custom orders and painted orders do not apply due to additional time for design and drying.
Sizing Chart
Unfinished wood craft shapes are available up to 48 inches, cut from 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2 inch cabinet grade Baltic birch plywood. If you're interested in another thickness please message us at orders@24hourcrafts.com.
