My wooden seagulls arrived very well packaged- everything as advertised- the edges & faces were very well sanded- but my only issue is that one side of each cut-out appears to have very pronounced water stains. If youre going to paint or only use the good side, thats fine. But if you intend to stain them & display them as a mirror image- youre outta luck

Received my seagulls yesterday, they were packaged very nice and the quality of workmanship shows! I got the 5” 1/4 thick sized seagulls for a wreath I was making and they were the perfect size!! The seller shipped next day, but unfortunately with this whole Covid issue USPS is running extremely behind so it did take a bit to get here, but that should not reflect on the seller! Will definitely be a repeat customer and will send people your way!

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, orders over $100 and custom orders.
Shipping
Standard shipping is 2-5 days and Express shipping is 1-3 days. Overnight shipping will be next business day.
24 Hours or its free Policy
Your order will be cut, packaged, a shipping label will be printed, and it will be ready for carrier pickup before the end of the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend (non business days) will ship Monday. Custom orders and painted orders do not apply due to additional time for design and drying.
