24 Hour Crafts is the absolute BEST company for a number of reasons. First, they provide a high quality cutout that is easy to paint on. The type of artwork I do requires a very smooth surface and this is every bit of that. The edges are not rough and there are no stray slivers of wood that need sanded. The shipping is super quick and the packaging is well done. They have more options than their competitors, which is awesome! And then there is the customer service! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size horse, both in height and thickness. I contacted them and they are so fast in cutting orders that the horse was already done. They wanted me to be happy so they cut a new one and didn't charge me again. AND then said to keep the first horse, which had already gone out. I was so impressed by the fact that they wanted their customer to be happy, even though it was MY mistake! Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, orders over $100 and custom orders.
Shipping
Standard shipping is 2-5 days and Express shipping is 1-3 days. Overnight shipping will be next business day.
24 Hours or its free Policy
Your order will be cut, packaged, a shipping label will be printed, and it will be ready for carrier pickup before the end of the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend (non business days) will ship Monday. Custom orders and painted orders do not apply due to additional time for design and drying.
