Shipping & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via the web chat feature or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom orders and orders over $100 are non-returnable.
All of our paint and accessories are non-returnable.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All of our wood products include a paper backing that protects the wood during the cutting process. Oftentimes, this can appear as wrinkles with green edges and is often mistaken for mold. Please peel off the tape before proceeding with your crafting!
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have for a refund, and make a separate purchase for the new item at your convenience.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your order will be ready for shipment within 1 business day, except for orders placed after 1PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Weekend orders will ship out Monday.
Expedited shipping is 1-3 business days.
Overnight shipping will ship UPS overnight service. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday would be delivered by Tuesday.
Please contact us if you need an order delivered overnight for Saturday delivery.
24-HOURS OR IT'S FREE POLICY
Your order will be cut, packaged, a shipping label printed, and ready for carrier pickup before the end of the following business day. Orders placed after 1 PM Friday and during the weekend will ship Monday.
Metal orders can take an additional day to process.
Custom orders do not apply due to additional time for design.
Large volume orders as defined by 24 Hour Crafts may take additional processing time.
