I have purchased many of these paw cutout wood hearts in 10"x 1/2"hearts. They have always been great. This last two I bought we're scorched black all around bottom of the hearts and smelled like burnt wood. I am not happy with these. Not good quality that I had come to re c eive before. These should never been sent out. The 1/2" sides are black too, not like the others that were always the color of the wood. I did send in an email complaint addressing these issues but never got a response back. I am not sure whoever cut those 2 paw hearts I received but they had to be incompetent to have torched the wood and think it would be OK to send to a customer. Very disappointed.
