I run a craft group. We do crafts every month. I had high hopes of ordering several crafts from 24 hour crafts! I ordered wooded accent pieces that were labels 3" on the website. When I received them, they were NOT 3". There were 2.25. After back and fourth emails, some of which were NOT willing to reconcile the mistake, I finally got hold of someone "willing" to solve my mishap. They were willing to send me the right size accent pieces and even sent me a return label to return the wrong sizes. I anxiously awaited my box of correct accent pieces! I even got a tracking number to make sure it was coming to me. Only to find out, 8 days later that the delivery never even left the state of PA! How disappointing. I emailed and talked to two different people. They assured me that the package had been delivered! I sent them the JPEG from USPS saying otherwise. At this point I will cut my losses (I will try to get my money back because I didn't order 2.25 in accent piece's) and take one for the team! I will NEVER, EVER, EVER order from 24 hour crafts again!!!! I know you wont post anything because you pick and choose who get posted reviews. Which says a lot about your company and their values. I cant rate 24 hour crafts.

Love how this turned out. It would only let me post one photo, so I showed the different shapes all painted. I put little disk magnet on the HOME sign and disk magnets on the back of all the other shapes.

Most crafts will have a protective paper backing that should be peeled off before crafting. This is to protect the wood during laser cutting and shipping.
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, orders over $100 and custom orders.
Shipping
Standard shipping is 2-5 days and Express shipping is 1-3 days. Overnight shipping will be next business day.
24 Hours or its free Policy
Your order will be cut, packaged, a shipping label will be printed, and it will be ready for carrier pickup before the end of the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend (non business days) will ship Monday. Custom orders and painted orders do not apply due to additional time for design and drying.
