RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us through our web chat feature or email us at orders@24hourcrafts.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package at your own cost. Please note, we do not provide return labels.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom orders and orders over $100 are non-returnable.

All of our paint and accessories are non-returnable.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Paper Backing

All of our wood products include a paper backing that protects the wood during the cutting process. Oftentimes, this can appear as wrinkles with green edges and is often mistaken for mold. Please peel off the tape before proceeding with your crafting!

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have for a refund, and make a separate purchase for the new item at your convenience.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING

Your order will be cut and shipped by the following business day. The order will then be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Typically shipments arrive in 1-5 days for the continental US, or 3-5 days for Canada.

24-HOURS OR IT'S FREE POLICY

All standard orders are cut, packaged, and have a shipping label printed within one business day. Your order will be ready for carrier pickup by the end of the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on Monday.

Metal signs and large volume orders may require an additional business day to process.

Custom orders are excluded from the 24-hour processing timeframe, as they require additional time for design and approval.
