Subscription Details & Policies

Please review the following important information before subscribing:

  • Shipping Schedule: All subscription boxes ship on the 1st of every month.

  • Cutoff Date: The cutoff to receive the upcoming month’s box is 7 days before the 1st.

  • Processing Timeline:

    • Orders placed 7 days or more before the 1st will ship on the upcoming 1st.

    • Orders placed less than 7 days before the 1st will ship on the following month’s recurring ship date.

  • Recurring Billing: Your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled.

  • Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle.

  • No Expiration: Your subscription will remain active unless canceled by you.

  • Product Selection: Each Premium kit includes a pre-set assortment of products. Designs cannot be customized or substituted.

  • Damaged or Missing Items: Products will only be replaced if they arrive damaged or are missing from your shipment.
