I just received my mermaid tails, they are much better quality than I was expecting. I am so very pleased with them. Most crafts will have a protective paper backing that should be peeled off before crafting this is to protect the wood during laser cutting and shipping.
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, orders over $100 and custom orders.
Shipping
Standard shipping is 2-5 days and Express shipping is 1-3 days. Overnight shipping will be next business day.
24 Hours or its free Policy
Your order will be cut, packaged, a shipping label will be printed, and it will be ready for carrier pickup before the end of the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend (non business days) will ship Monday. Custom orders and painted orders do not apply due to additional time for design and drying.
