All items included in the Monthly Craft Box are pre-selected and cannot be changed, modified, substituted, or exchanged. If any item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us and we will gladly ship a replacement for the damaged piece.

Our subscription boxes ship on the 1st of each month.
Orders placed after the 1st of the month will be included in the next month's shipment. For example, if you place an order on January 3rd, your first box will ship on February 1st.
Your recurring subscription payment will then be processed according to your billing schedule, and each subsequent box will ship on the 1st of the following month. Using the example above, your February subscription payment would correspond to the box shipping on March 1st, and so on.
Please note that subscription boxes are not shipped immediately after purchase and are only shipped on the 1st of each month.
